The Lost Manuscript of Gigglemug Collie-Shangles

In 1872, the famous Victorian novelist, Gigglemug Collie-Shangles, wrote a salacious manuscript called "The Scurrilous Goings-on of Wives & Girlfriends of Local Sports Team, Knutsford Firecrackers". It was a scandalous tale that caused quite a stir. The contemporary gossip magazine of the time, "Felicitations!", was granted an exclusive license to publish extracts from the manuscript. However, the manuscript was lost in mysterious circumstances and never made it to print. During renovations of Collie-Shangles' former dwelling, a map penned by the gossipist was discovered. He went into hiding when the contents of the manuscript were deemed too shocking for the time. Now, we urgently need YOUR help to track down the revealing manuscript before journalists from the modern magazine equivalent, "Hey Up!", can get their hands on it and reveal the true goings-on from a bygone era.
