In 1645, the small town of Shepton Mallet fell to the Parliamentary forces, leaving Nunney Castle vulnerable. Fearing for the safety of his vast hoard of "Diamonds" - coins named after their shape - castle owner Col. Prater devised a cunning plan to hide them from the enemy. Rumour has it that he escaped through a secret tunnel and buried the treasure somewhere in the village, leaving behind a weathered map of potential burial spots. The document, along with a set of cryptic clues, has recently been discovered by the Exploration Society, and we need YOUR help to uncover the whereabouts of the Nunney Diamonds!
